Cici Zhang

EHS Technical Director, Senior EHS Consultant

Ms. Cici Zhang has worked in EHS field for over 17 years and has gained extensive experience in this area.　She is well trained under an advanced international EHS management, risk assessment and auditing system; and has rich experience of developing, implementing and maintaining EHS system in industrial sites.　She has strong knowledge in Chinese EHS laws and regulations and has rich experience in EHS training, EHS auditing, both internal and external against local regulation and corporate guidelines.　She is an ISO 14001, OHSAS18001 and SA8000 internal auditor and certified safety engineer with broad experience in EHS management system establishment and implementation, fire safety planning and execution, chemical management, machine guarding and EHS risks controls.　She is an approved auditor for Electronic Industry Citizenship Coalition and Global e-Sustainability Initiative (GeSI) and Pfizer supplier EHS review. She has conducted projects

and training services for Wal-Mart, Pfizer, Unilever, Donne, L’Oreal, Danisco, GE,Cargill, ExxonMobil, Ashland, Johnson & Johnson, ZF, Adidas, etc.

张秀红女士在中国EHS领域工作超过17年，具有丰富的EHS管理经验。她在先进的国际EHS管理体系、风险评估体系以及EHS审核体系方面接受过系统的培训，拥有大量的实践经验，并且在建立、执行和维护工业企业EHS体系上有着资深的经验。她熟悉中国的EHS法律法规，在EHS培训、EHS审核（包括法律法规及公司内部要求的内部审核和外部审核）方面有着丰富经验。张秀红女士具有ISO14001内审员资质和注册安全工程师资质，在火灾安全计划和实施、化学品管理及EHS风险控制有着广泛的经验。加入绍尔之前，张秀红女士曾任Golder集团技术经理，AECOM咨询公司中国区的高级EHS顾问，吉百利公司的EHS经理，以及在辉瑞制药和耐克公司担任过EHS主管。她提供过服务的客户包括Wal-Mart, Pfizer, Unilever, Donne, L’Oreal,

Danisco, GE, Cargill, ExxonMobil, Ashland, Johnson & Johnson, ZF, Adidas等。

Maggie Zhu

CIH, Senior Occupational Health and Safety Manager

Ms. Maggie Zhu has worked in IH/ OH field for over 9 years. She has rich IH/ OH technical and management experience. She is responsible　for　consulting　on　occupational　health　regulatory　compliance, environmental,　health　and　safety　(EHS)　audit,　corporate　social　responsibility (CSR) audit, qualitative and quantitative exposure assessment, indoor air quality (IAQ) assessment, and training on occupational health. She　is　also　the　ergonomics　specialist　in　SOIL,　who　is　responsible　for ergonomics　assessment　and　recommendation　for　manufacturing　facilities　and office.　Moreover, she　provides　in-house　training　on　office　and　industrial ergonomics. Ms. Zhu is the member of American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA). She received her Master’s degree in Occupational and Environmental Health from Fudan University and holds Chinese qualification of Certified Safety Engineer. Before joining SOIL, she used to work for Golder for senior IH consultant, and Saint-Gobain China responsible for IH/OH support and management. She was involved in the Chinese OEL standard development and is familiar with IH/OH regulatory requirements. She has conducted projects and training services for Tetra Pak, GE, BASF,

美国注册工业卫生，工业卫生服务经理

朱菊一女士在中国有超过9年以上的IH/ OH专业工作经验，她具有丰富的工业卫生管理和技术工作背景。承担一系列工业卫生咨询项目，包括风险识别、定性和定量评估、室内空气质量（IAQ）评估、环健健康和安全（EHS）审核、企业社会责任（CSR）审核、石棉调查、培训、化学品管理等。此外，她提供内部培训，办公和工业人机工程学。她是美国工业卫生协会(AIHA)会员、中国注册安全工程师。朱女士参与编写国家职业卫生标准，她非常熟悉职业卫生法规标准体系。她是复旦大学职业卫生学硕士。在加达绍尔之前，朱女士曾在Golder工作过，负责IH工业卫生咨询项目。她曾服务过的客户包括（部份）：Tetra Pak, GE, BASF, Wacker, Akzo Nobel, Huntsman, SLIC, UPS, Seagate, Delphi, AMD, Agilent, Hitachi, Rio Tinto, J&J, Monsanto,

Jack Liu

EHS Service Manager, Senior EHS Consultant

Mr. Jack Liu has more than 14 years of experience as an environmental professional with broad EHS professional knowledge and practice. He is well familiar with Chinese EHS legislation. Jack mainly participated in environmental site assessments, EHS due diligences, EHS compliance audits, supplier chain EHS Audits, EHS regulatory database and training services, fire safety audits, wastewater system assessments, construction site safety supervisions, water resources studies, contaminated site studies, asbestos survey, noise survey, geotechnical investigations, as well as industrial hygiene investigation projects. In his previous positions, Jack also was involved into a national “863” research on treatment of chemical industrial wastewater and several national investigations on marine environments. Jack received his bachelor degree and master degree in Environmental Engineering from China University of Geosciences (Wuhan) and Tongji University, respectively. Jack holds Chinese qualifications as a Certified Safety Engineer and a Legal Professional. Jack has conducted numerous consulting services for multinational clients in China, such as Adidas, Akzo Nobel, BASF, Chevron, Continent, Disney, DuPont, ExxonMobil, EOG, Ford, GE, GM, Huawei, Intel, J&J, Jabil, Metro, Pfizer, Seagate, SCJ, Tyco, Unilever, etc.

刘剑先生具有约14年的EHS专业咨询经验，并具有丰富的EHS专业知识和实践经验。他对中国的EHS法规非常熟悉。刘先生主要从事环境场地评估、EHS尽职调查、EHS合规性审核、供应链EHS审核、EHS法规咨询与培训服务、消防安全审核、水资源研究、污水处理系统评估、污染场地研究、建筑施工场地安全审核、石棉调查、噪声监测、岩土工程勘察，以及工业卫生研究项目等多种EHS咨询项目。在加入绍尔之前，刘先生曾在Golder中国负责EHS审核和培训工作，还从事过化工废水处理的“863”课题研究以及海洋环境的国家调查研究。刘先生分别从中国地质大学（武汉）和同济大学获得了环境工程的学士学位和硕士学位。他拥有注册安全工程和法律职业资格资质。他已为众多跨国公司客户提供了许多EHS相关的咨询服务，这些客户包括Adidas、Akzo Nobel、BASF、Chevron、Continent、Disney、DuPont、EOG、ExxonMobil、Ford、GE、GM、Huawei、Intel、J&J、Jabil、Metro、Pfizer、Seagate、SCJ、Tyco、Unilever，等。
